We are excited to announce that registration is now open for our 17th Annual Partnering for Clean Streams Youth Patch Day Workshop.  This program is open to 2nd – 5th grade Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, and any other youth interested in learning about our local water quality.  It will be held on Sunday, March 3rd with check-in starting at 1:00pm and programs ending at 4:30pm.  Patch Day will be taking place at UT’s Lake Erie Center, 6200 Bay Shore Road in Oregon, Ohio.  The cost is $5 per participant and must be paid prior to March 3rd. Register your group online before February 22nd. Please note, this is not a drop off program. Kids should be accompanied by an adult.

Patch Day offers a unique opportunity for youth to earn a patch and to learn about the importance of our local water system. Water quality experts from Northwest Ohio will present various programs and hands-on activities relating to “Habitats.”  We hope that everyone will be able to understand our connection to our water resources and the importance of protecting and conserving them.
